Instructions:

Step 1: Upload a digital picture from your computer to this website by going to "Edit Photo" on the left side of this page. One thing you need to know is that : only .jpg and .gif files are accepted, and the file size must be less than 1MB.

Step 2: Once your image is uploaded, you can freely go make border around your picture or multiple borders, write some message on the picture with preset alignments, resize your picture to a larger image or smaller one, roate your picture to the way you want it, make it black/white, email your picture to a friend after you finish editing it or save it back to your computer.
